Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Questly account and its associated data at any time. Pick whichever option works for you.
1Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the Questly app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with the verification code we email you.
Once confirmed, your account and data are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.
2No longer have the app? Request by email
Email supports@questly.info from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We'll verify ownership and permanently delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner), then email you to confirm it's done.
3What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile, username, and login credentials
- Your game library, statuses, ratings, and reviews
- Your trophies, XP, and level progress
- Your friends, followers, and activity history
- Your direct messages and community memberships
We may retain a minimal record only where required by law or to prevent abuse; it is purged once no longer needed.
